Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
- Certain items marked as final sale cannot be returned (see exceptions below)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products from our collection cannot be returned:
- All candles (due to their consumable nature)
- Doormats that show signs of use
- Personalized or custom-made decorative objects
- Opened packages of throw pillows (if protective packaging is removed)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for approval – Our design-conscious team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
- Package your items – Securely repack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying the replacement item you’d like
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (additional charges may apply for price differences)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your ceiling lights, mirrors, or other delicate items arrive damaged:

- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
